Good trusted recreational book...i just cantget myself to deposit as odds are bad and racebook is bad....i got offer too month or so took about 3 days to add freeplay....nice marketing move from a trusted book

I wouldn't characterize them as recreational...they have $20k limits on NBA 2H and $5k on MLB overnights.

Yeah they are much better now oddswise for baseball etc and they do take big bets on everything including horses plus offer rebate so they are a decent out. They pay very fast via bitcoin, usually less than a few hours on weekdays.

24 hours and freeplay not credited. I logged on to Bookmaker chat, they advised Free Plays will post within 24 hours of Monday. Chat rep advised me nobody who has done the survey has been credited yet since the team who handles the promotion does not work weekends.

Not sure how the other posted got his, but just an FYI for others.

Yes this was a targeted email that expressly said not to share a link and if you did share it wouldn't work for people using. To the poster who said it didn't ask for his account number, it did, at the end of the survey.

bookmaker called me a couple days ago, offering a 50% bonus that they emailed me about... i said i had another account and they won't give me bonuses or betpoints... he said no you're fine, i said you better check again

then he said "well it looks like you can't get a bonus after all, but bonuses are for losers so you don't want or need one"

weird sales tactic to offer me something i apparently wouldn't want and then take it away when he thought i wanted it??!!

This happened to me as well. It's clear that they don't cross reference their cold calling list with their list of known "non-recreational" players. I hadn't played there in a long time when I received a personalized email out of the blue with an offer for a 100% sports re-deposit bonus. When I called the number, they started setting me up and then suddenly said "oh, actually you don't qualify for this bonus because you've ben identified non-recreational." Ummm...you guys reached out to me with this offer, right? So she goes and speaks with her manager, and he gives an exception to let the bonus go through.

Great news, right? Wrong.

Fast forward a few months later. I had fulfilled about 50% of the rollover requirement when they suddenly take the freeplay bonus away from me for being non-recreational (I had foolishly not spent the bonus yet, not realizing that they might take it away). Uhhhh...once again, YOU guys recruited ME with this offer. On top of this, you admittedly knew my status back then and still made an exception despite this. I deposited money, as you wanted me to do, and was holding up MY end of the deal. Why aren't you holding up yours? Unfortunately, I didn't get anywhere with this argument.

Don't get me wrong. I really like this book overall. It's one of the best in the U.S. marketplace IMO. But that was a very frustrating - and I feel unfair - experience.

ugh sorry to hear... similar thing happened to me with a $1000 freeplay years ago... since then i always bet it right away

the other frustrating thing lately is bookmaker has been cancelling bets that i don't think are bad lines, stuff like nascar top 3 where i'm betting +140 and others have it at +100 or +120

Maybe their target was customers who don't use BTC as their main source of deposits with them?
