The say the account wasnt validated with security and the bet was withdrawn because I didn't verify. The never emailed or called me to verify or told me the bet was retracted. The could have just charged my card if tiger lost too. They wont let me talk to the security dept to tell me why it wasnt validated and why i wasnt notified or why they didn't try to verify with me. Just got hung up on again by a supervisor.

I asked why it wasnt validated and they said because it wasnt verified. I asked why it wasnt verified and they say because it wasnt validated... with a smile on their face they said that. (I work on the phone i know when someone is smiling) they are absolute scubags. Ruined one of the happiest days of my life. I love tiger and called this win.

What is it they wanted verfied/validated? Your identity or are they talking about your deposit money?

Are they saying your deposited funds did not arrive?

They say only the security team can answer what needed to be verified and they won't let me talk to them. They never attempted to make the deposit at all. I have screenahots of the email saying funds were available for immediate use and a screenahot of my bet ticket. Is there a way to post then on here without a url?

I started sharing my story on insta i have alot of the big golf accounts and most all the big tiger woods accounts following me. And betonline.ag (an outside company that runs their social media) and they are passing the info along to the higher ups but im not getting my hopes up. i was able to make enough noise on instagram yesterday just by a few comments on posts that the people who run betonline.ag's social media accounts dmed me and said they would have someone look into it. Not getting my hopes up tho, going to continue my insta assault

Theres gotta be more to this story. Did your bank try to reverse the transaction? Was the deposit made with a card that wasnt in your name? Is your account name in a different name than the card you used to deposit? This is not making sense. Do you have just the 1 acct with BetOnline?
