Intertops closed my account after I placed a 6:1 $100 bet on Joe Biden and requested a $175 BTC withdrawal from the $300 remaining in my account. Their reason was that my account "did not pass our recent security checks." When I asked them what security checks they repeated my "account has failed several additional security checks".
I previously had tried to withdraw $350 from them. The last correspondence from them regarding my security documents was "Your account has been updated and documents approved." They confiscated (their word) $50/10% fee from my original deposit and told me to resubmit my original withdrawal request after 6 days.
I also had an additional bet on Joe Biden that I placed on 2/21/19. In total, Intertops would have been required to pay out $1150, if I had won both bets. I believe they closed my account to avoid potentially paying these wagers, because the Vegas odds have gone from (11:1) to (~3.5:1), since I placed the original wager.
They claim they will refund my original security deposit $500 in "ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days." I have seen nothing yet. They also have stated "In the event that a new account is created under your name, it will be closed."
Crooked book. If they don't like their own odds - don't make them. The only reason I deposited $500 was for their 11:1 odds on Joe Biden, but they had an undisclosed max bet of $50. ANY deposit is trapped their unless you pay the 10% withdrawal penalty or rollover. Seems like a honey pot type scam. This site sucks.
