buff.bet scam? They stole my money

Hello.
I created an account in BITCOIN CURRENCY there for the first time but i lost all my money. After a few months I wanted to play there again.I got offers from buff.bet to my e-mail, that they offer me a 100% bonus due to an event (for example esl pro league season started so they offered me that if i entered the code "ESL88" [or "ESL100" i cannot remember] i will get +100% deposit bonus)
So i wrote an email to buff bet support to delete my account with the bitcoin currency because I want to play with the EUR currency

After that i opened new account and i used that code for bonus. I was playing for 2 weeks and I wanted to withdraw some money, but first I had to send them an identity document, so I did it.
Next day (today) they locked my account for "fraud"

All connected accounts have been closed and the ballance of the latest registered account has been deemed void.
We would like to kindly advise you to refrain from registering another account with us. If we find any other accounts connected with you, we will proceed with immediate closure and funds confiscation.

Using a welcome bonus on two accounts is what they are saying you've done wrong.


What you can do is appeal to them asking for goodwill and to over look it due to the conversation with CS and it being an innocent mistake.

If they will not accept that I don't think you can do anything. Any regulator would uphold their right to enforce their rule and say that this rule is reasonable.

I did not use WELCOME BONUS twice! Welcome bonus is "GET88" I used it once! Later, i just used one of the many offers that they sent to me by e-mail.

I had to close accounts if I wanted to play in a different currency. And if I've played it, I used a promotional code for different events each time

And they made a mistake in the third point

I opened "golleador3" IN EURO because last account was in BTC, and as i said before, i used different promo code

Imagine, You have not played the bookmaker for a long time and they send you a bonus offer every month to get back to them. And when I lost the money, I took a break and after the proposals to double the deposit in e-mail offers I used it again

Even though you think that you didn't do anything wrong and all you were doing was using the bonuses that they sent you. I doubt you will get your money back.

If you weren't taking bonuses then maybe you might have been able to.

But even from here, where I have nothing to do with it, it looks like you were bonus abusing.
Not saying you were, but just saying that if they see it like that and you have opened several accounts which is against their t&c's (for legit reasons or not); I doubt that they value your custom enough to want to reopen your last account or give your money back as a sign of goodwill.

1st account - EUR. I lost all my money.
Then, i wanted to play with bitcoins, so i wrote to support to close my account in BTC because i cannot play in EUR and BTC in one(!) account! (one account - one currency)
3rd account - EUR again
My last account was in BTC so needed to close my account as i said before.

That’s annoying dude sorry. Sounds like some dumbass on their end can’t understand the situation and owns your case. I’d try to see if you can talk to someone else who has an IQ above 50 or file a complaint with sbr. Not sure how much your time is worth for such a small amount. I’d probably just forget about it.
