I think it is now working. not positive. ill confirm when I am sure. they were gonna email me when its working they havent emailed me yet.

I havent been able to get onto my sportsbetting.ag account since late last night. Working with customer service. Anyone else with this issue? Betonline worked last night but cant get on that either today.

Strange message but customer service is telling me account should be working properly.

That sounds like an automated lock out for some technical reason, if the CS staff cannot see a record of it being intentional.

Im back in and all is good i believe. Hate not having access to my accounts.

I cannot tell if they were afraid of a hack or other. They asked me how many devices I use and questions like that.

That does sound like their system detected something that set it off.

If it was me, I would think about giving my computer a good virus scan. I'm the type to not like to leave signs of potential trouble unchecked.

If you decide to, there is a great free service at malwareremoval.com where you start a forum thread and an expert guides you through checking and cleaning your machine. Takes a couple of days with the back and forth but in my opinion it is one of the only options out there you know 100% for sure you are clean after it's done.
