Very odd. This appears to be more that a guy winning too much, which is usually resolved same day with an A+ Book. 5D owes him an explanation as to what they suspect the OP is guilty of doing. Can SBR provide some insight as to why their sponsor Book has an indefinite hold on his account? Not too much to ask of 5D, is it?
It got unlocked an hour ago. Finally got someone from customer service to unlock or talk to management to unlock it. Still didn't tell me why it was locked, but it's unlocked now.
