Instadebit deposits not working in pinnacle
    Anyone else experiencing this?
I'm getting this message/notice when trying to submit:

"The available deposit Amount is less than the minimum USD 10.00 required.
Current Processed Deposits (my total deposits) Current Pending Deposits (0)"

I've never gotten that message before.
This is the email i got from a support rep...

    Dear Client,
    Thank you for your email.
Regret to say instadebit deposits are not working as of now
Please use other available methods for your deposit in mean time.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.
    Best regards,Customer Service Department

    Bummer...

I wonder if it has anything to do with this email I just received from Instadebit.

'Due to recent regulatory changes, starting from May 16th 2019 our customers will no longer be able to have funds in their INSTADEBIT account for more than 28 consecutive days.'

The rest of the email goes on to explain what happens if you keep funds in your account for more than 28 days (they are automatically sent to your bank account), but it's a bizarre policy change, and with it coinciding with Pinnacle having Instadebit 'unavailable', does make me wonder if something is up on a more permanent scale. Hopefully not as it is without doubt the simplest and cheapest way for Canadians to move money around.

Yes looks like instadebit made some change to their policy, maybe that's why it wasn't working.

It's working now. And yes I agree with you cobra, Instadebit is the best for canadians. Been using it for years now.

I got the same email. I cant find anything about "regulatory changes". Maybe Bank of Canada legislation added a rule for 3rd part payment processors that have balance accounts and after 30 days they mujst have an escrow balance equal to all deposits older than 30 days

Interesting that I noticed the withdrawal option on my William Hill account is disabled (I've withdrawn there to instadebit without issues in the past, recently made a successful deposit). I emailed them and they responded with:

"We’ve received confirmation that InstaDebit would no longer be processing withdrawals for now (at least for the next 6 months).

In the meantime, you may proceed with Bank Transfer option through Envoy/WorldPay, which is a local bank transfer from your location."

I wonder if there is correlation with this decision between the previous issues books were having with Instadebit.
