Heritage's new odds format is an absolute piece of crap. The odds are unreadable on my ipad, which I use most of the time. At least Bookmaker gives you a choice between their new format and old. BTW, BM's old format is better too. Really disappointed in Heritage.

I use classic version in pinny and sbr odds. Classic for FTW!

I agree, Heritage should put a classic option like Pinnacle does. Pinnacle has 4 viewing options: Asian/Classic/Beta/Future

Most people tend to prefer simple and original layouts without all the clusters.

Thank God for this post. I deposited with Heritage for the first time a few months ago and absolutely hate having to click on games for over/unders etc. Just checked out the classic mode and way better. I would go play at other sportsbooks because I didn't want to deal with their format a lot of days.

I tried to cling to Firefox for a long time too. But it's a problem with formatting, locking up and plugin support in too many ways and I eventually was forced to move.

I tried that and it didn't load the classic site.

Clearing cookies and temp files and trying again should resolve that. (seriously)

It’s not about being lazy. It’s about costs. Trying to keep up with multiple browsers can be very costly. IT people people are not cheap. I know because I am one. It can double cost of a project and on going costs to keep up with compatibility with multiple browsers. We’re talking in the millions not like a few bucks.

Yeah there was problems with the LIVE supporting all browsers too.....stopped using EDGE.....

Firefox peeps accuse Chrome of intentionally making sites unusable for FF.

Also, the new Edge, which has switched to Chrome engine, is available for test download...gotten good reviews so far.

What is up with the books a) removing all confirmation stages for placing bets, b) not clearing your "tickets" after you bet? For the latter, I mean if you place a bet and then go to place a different bet, both show up on your ticket.

Most people want a quick confirmation step and want to make bets independently. Or am I crazy?

It doesn't allow you to go to classic anymore. I have the exact same problem you're having.

I haven't accessed classic mode.... probably 4-5 months.

Ok, I see what people are talking about with the old interface. When I originally signed up and went to check out Heritage, I was only introduced to the new platform and was wondering why everyone here was raving about the site considering how crappy their UI is. Have yet to place a bet with them because of it.

Now looking at this thread, I found out how to see the old interface and can see why people like it. They should have left the original format and maybe I would've placed a bet or 2 there.

Tried it too. Unfortunately, it's only the new interface for me, and I really hate it. Even hard to scroll up and down, especially when trying to play props in Baseball or Basketball. Football will be horrible.

Any chance SBR forum managers can voice our concerns to Heritage? I'd defer if a majority of others thought the new look was more user friendly, but I don't see anyone with that point of view.

As of yesterday I'm seeing a different format with sides, totals and team totals showing. I thought they changed it but I also set cookies from strict to normal a few days ago so maybe that's why.

@HeritageInsider Why did you remove the confirmation step for wagers? I can't imagine an increase in the number of error bets does you any good, so why the change?

Also, for the love of God, stop the little orange popups from appearing any time you try to do anything. "Selection added to betslip" Thanks, but I think we can see that it was added on our own.

Finally, if Heritage ever reads this, add back the limits showing when a line is moused over! Make it easier, not harder to bet.
