I am just curious if they just side with book/casino.

A Dept of Gaming Enforcement rep just emailed me to file my complaint with him and to provide details and any chat logs I have.

Was your complaint over a sportsbook issue? Did you attempt to resolve your issue with other party already. All rules are pretty well outlined and gl to you. Nevada is very fair with customers .

        Yes, NJ

I have reached out to the sportsbook operator and they haven't responded.

In another post, I posted one of my chat logs with them regarding a withdrawal. I am assuming it has to do with that. I was able to cancel a withdrawal when the withdrawal was processed, which I notified to them.

*this book doesn't send you any notification of a withdrawal, that it was requested, approved, or cancelled. Furthermore, you can only request one withdrawal, so you have to cancel the 1st one pending and change the amount and request it again. 3rd, they don't have a simple, recent deposits/withdrawal section. you have to dive into transaction history to look it up and the software just makes it difficult to pinpoint.

I was advised not to name the book until after the complaint. Apparently, New Jersey is one of the only states in which gaming operators are not allowed to refuse to take bets from players who are simply using skill, a protocol backed by a 1982 decision from the Supreme Court of New Jersey. They are now using any excuse to close accounts, the biggest is the "geolocation" excuse.

*I deposited once took advantage of welcome bonus and won several thousands within a few days and requested a quick withdraw.

I know they don't like one and done accounts but it is regulated site so they should be out of luck

I'd expect that you'll get paid any money owed + bonus as soon as gaming enforcement contacts them. Please name the book after it's settled. That law that skilled players can't be banned is useless if they continue allowing books to cut limits to $15.

Did you end up betting the money as well as withdraw it?

Is that the basic issue here?

I don't know the issue as they would not tell me and I had to go to the gaming commission. Any rollover or bonus issue was cleared before requesting a withdraw.

I was the one that let them know there is a glitch on the site that I am still able to cancel withdraw after they said it was processed. I still had enough funds to play with so there was no need for me to cancel withdraw to play with, but only to request a higher amount.

I had several pending bets and also had a big future bet of Texas tech to reach 16 and win the west which I am actually upset about now.

You are right that law is useless; honestly I would like to know the reason and go from there. I don't like the fact that if it was due to geolocation, on how am I going to prove I was within the location for the days I was betting on the site. like i have to go into detail where I was for every bet placed.

I had an issue back in October in a Mississippi, I was able to get the director of that whole sportsbook on the phone and he handled what the manager of that book should have been able to handle, without all that, the gaming commission put me in touch with proper people

Will do, I just received a response that I will have a response sometime next week. They have 5 days to address a complaint.

On side note, I thought the rep was a male and called her Mr. through our email exchange. oof

Years ago at Mohegan Sun I was playing craps and we had a cocked dice leaning against a chip. It was on a hot roll. Box Man called 7 out without getting up out of his chair. He clearly made the wrong call. I immediately went to the gaming commission. They watched the tape and interviewed the dealers. Dealers agreed with me.

Gaming Commission forced the casino to refund my bets and said they were going to formally write up the box man.

Box man was too busy flirting with girls at the table to do his job correctly. If he just stood up to get a good look at the dice he could have made the correct call.

I also had put in a complaint on an Indian casino where the stick man hit the dice before the dice stopped. The call was 7 out. Dice man was being a wise ass with the stick trying to fukk with the players. Gaming commission ruled against me and said dice stopped. Total bullshit. I’m sure they didn’t even watch tapes

My experience with the Ohio Casino Control.. .. I said multiple times 500 lay the four... Box called it late bet, we are bickering back and forth boom 4 is rolled.. To my surprise they picked the bet up... Bet was yet to be place on 4... Pit critter said bet was called.. I argued it wasn’t ask the dealer... Asked to talked to control.. About hour later.... Shift manger came over to the blackjack table I was at and handed me my 500.. Not because of the complaint, but because of sloppiness of dealer.. I’m positive control told him to hand it lver
