Marsbet doesnt pay my money

Hi all,

İn my first withdraw request marsbet wantes my documents (id card and etc) and then they sent my money in my account without any problem.

After that on 30 november 2018, when my balance is too high, they closed my account.
Afterwards i asked them about why my account is closed, they said me “it is a fraud account because of using incorrect id cridentials.” And after this reply i sent them the all documents again very correctly.

After my reply, they replied again as below
“İf there is more than one user is doing same bet at the same time , and if they have same transactions in the transaction history, accounts could close without any explanation”.

İ answered them yo clarify about this transations. But they never clarify this and closed my account without any other explanation and any detail.

İ have 8792,22 euro in my account and i couldnt withdraw my money from my marsbet account.

İ am a player from Turkey. İs there any opportunuties to find a way to withdraw my money? To who i can complain them? İ searched lots of times but i couldnt find any contact to tell my complain.

What documents you sent them the first time? I mean, the id you sent was completely diferrent or it was just a mispelling from you during registraition process?

İ placed bets with my computer. Yes, only one device. When my bets won, and when my balance became so high, they decided not to pay my money.

İ also asked them, if there is a fraud issue, clarify me this. But they unfortunately didnt clarify anything and didnt tell anything more. And this is not fair.

No, at the first time i sent correct documents. And when they request once again, i sent them the same documents again and also i sent more documents to show them it is me.

And what happened at the last? You didnt withdraw your money?

I did not get my money. Complaints to the licensor and neteller did not help me.
