I just wanted to take a second to let the community know how tremendous the customer service is at Bookmaker.
For whatever reason, I had not played there in a while and misplaced my information....After initially making a Bitcoin deposit ($2400) into the wrong account, Arnold, JJ and their supervisor Frank cleaned up the mess, (my fault) protected my money and rectified what could have been a horrific situation. While I understand the need for multiple outlets, this experience (and several others) prove there is almost no reason not to have a significant portion of your bankroll on BM.
