Yes, I am another player being slow paid, or I should say no pay from dimeline. Took advantage of 50% 10x bonus. Ran it up to over 8k's. They reduce my wagers to $50 before I met the rollover, but still manage to finish. Before I could request a payout, I had to send ID verification, which I did. Made a 2k check request via Fedex, received an email on the 1st of June, stating that it had processed, and should receive it in 10 to 14 days via regular mail. I submitted another 2k check request on 15 June, via Fedex, received an email that it to has processed, and should receive it in 10 to 14 days via regular mail. As of today, I have not received neither. They said that it was probably detain in custom, they have no control of it, and I should receive the first by the end of June (more than the 14 days timeline). If not, they will put a stop on the checks. Well, didn't received neither, notified them of not receiving on July 7. Robert Wilde said I had to wait an additional 3 days to ensure the stop processed. Have not gotten any response back from emails since July 7th, every time I log on to live chat, it switches to off line, leave messages, which I do. I just wonder, if they sent the checks out at different times, how could both get loss in custom? IF, they did in fact, send them out. Have not filed a complaint as of now. Will give another day to see if I will get a positive response from them.
