Wonclub.com (betadonis, betlist etc) confiscated my legitimate winnings
Hello.
Have registered at Wonclub Casino at 20th of February.
Wonclub Casino is owned by ALLCOMPONENT N.V. (same company as Betadonis, Betlist)
Deposited 200 euros, denied their bonus and verified my account. I managed to turn my balance into 1362 euros at 06 of March.
Anw, at 7th of March, Wonclub Casino deducted all profit from my balance for no reason, so new balance is 200 euros again, my deposited amount. As you can see in screenshots below, they voided all my bets since 20th of February!!!
Contacted their live chat support that was claiming that i placed bets at 3.00 in the morning and my bets were lost and that he have all profs for that etc. However, i placed no bets. I then checked closely my betting history and i realised that they simply voided all my bets since day one.
Contacted the relevant department via email as their support guy wasn't able to provide any help, was rude as well (he even asked me if i was the true owner of the account as he couldn't understand how bets were placed from my account but i wasn't aware of them lol).
However, their relevant department (the so called Betting Analysysis Center) came with an even more strange explanation. They said that the bets i placed were fixing games!!
Obviously their explanation is completely bullshit. I have nothing to do with match fixing. I even placed same bets on many different bookies as l like diversification and all paid fine, except Wonclub! I even asked them how it is possible that all the bets i placed from day one (around 20 different games(!)) were fixing games but took no response.
Would be thankful if anyone can help me receive my money. The funny part is that i used their sister site Betadonis 2 years ago and lost some money. Seems that i wasn't betting on fixing games at that time lol.
