Best way to get an accurate update on your case is to email the dispute analyst looking after you.

But as far as I am aware, no one new has been paid in the last couple of weeks and Betcruise have not said anything.

I have also waited since november for my withdrawal and sadly there are so many more in the same situation.
As there are so many who wait for their money it would be nearly a miracle if they would start paying, therefore I have accepted the fact that I will not get my money.
