I had a check on order, been waiting two weeks, so gave them a call. They looked it up for me, gave me a tracking number and told me where the check was currently (by the tracking number). Said it should be at my door today.

They have always been helpful, and bonuses were "let's make a deal" up until recently.

Oh, OK, so I am getting limits cut to $100 and I think all the good times are all gone. But I still like their customer service people!
