Well, that's complicated because legit books who catch cheaters typically aren't going to tell them what they got caught doing. That's par for the course in the world of security. But given the circumstances, I think it's safe to assume that YouBetOnIt is full of shit.

And I cannot believe I was sucked in to keep my mouth shut and "give them a chance to recover and make good" for so many months due to so many "respected" posters assuring me they were great guys and genuine.

We were all wrong, especially me. They should have been run out of town and black balled months ago when it first became obvious they were going down the drain.

But now they are just out right stealing from people. Loyal people who talked them up and supported and believed in them.

Maybe they didn't come into this intending to be scammers, but the most generous explanation which can be given at this point is that they've become an unintentional Ponzi. When you need new depositors to pay debts, that's the very definition, and that's where we've been at for many months. Also, the behavior some of their unpaid players are describing (making threats, saying they won't pay because player cheated or is too sharp, telling players not to post on forums, etc.) is that of a scam book. I'm sure they are desperate and that is what is driving this behavior, but that doesn't make it acceptable.

I don't think they're scammers, but just got ran the penetrate over by some incredibly lucky/sharp action. I've dealt with a lot of scam operations in the over 2 decades of dealing with this biz. They just don't fit the scammer mold.

Apart from the OP there is also another current case where they accused a long time customer of "cheating" as after losing many thousands they went on a winning run and built balance up to over $50K. Guy is clearly just a normal player and has not done anything wrong.

These scammers, yes I said scammers, told the guy they are not only stealing his winnings but 5k worth of his deposits as well.

These are bad people. Full stop, no arguments left for them.

FYI, I made about 2k deposit to them about 2 years ago when they were having 200% cash bonus. (It was like x30 rollover, I don't know what I was thinking lol)
I remember they had positive review here and few of the members confirming they have been paid in full and
thats why I decided to deposit.

Honestly, I deposited a little too much because they were giving out a 260% freeplay. That should have probably been a red flag. Then of course my freeplays do very well cause of NBA underdogs and now I’m really concerned...
