betcris - cancelling my payout requests

Strange as I completed the bitcoin withdrawal/verification process in the betcris cashier and the payout shows as successful. An hour or so after I make the payout request (for bitcoin) I get a cryptic nonsensical email saying my withdrawal has been cancelled:




So I try to call in and notice there is no telephone number to contact them and chat is not responding.

Very strange as I have received at least 3 bitcoin payouts with no problems in the last 2 months.

I can only wonder if the reason for cancellation is because I submitted the request overnight and not during business hours?

update:

So I got on chat, and they told me they don't process payouts overnight and to re submit after 7AM eastern.

Just found it a little strange that it gets approved in the cashier but rejected soon after.

Also never realized they don't have a phone number to call them.

Anyway, all is good now.
