It'll just depend on if it was an intended outage or not. Unfortunately I'm banned from logging in from my location so I can't even take a look for you.

This happen to me before. Go to the adress bar and look at the web address it will be something like bovada.com/outage

try to delete the "/outage" and hit enter that worked for me a couple months back.

Not sure if it matters, i was using chrome on phone.
Maybe try closing browser, reopening and trying again. Or maybe clear browser cache and cookies, close browser and reopen and trying again. Hopefully this might work.
