They've paid me out very quickly twice for max of 2k BTC. I got both in hours of request. Both were from Owen. I got a new guy today, and they are forcing me to take a *********** rather than BTC. The *********** will take 7-10 days to reach me. This is surprising and confusing... i just contacted them (to get a new rep to talk to) and got this as an explanation...
we have sent you 2 BTC payouts since Jan. 29th... normally they give priority to receive BTC to active players... and management saw you have not been playing recently... so will send you *********** instead... That s what I m seeing in the notes.
I haven't been placing many bets there lately, and it seems that can trigger them to force you to take ***********.
It's not a huge deal, but it is a little inconvenient.
