Been using nitrogen sports for about for almost 4 years now and yesterday went to do withdrawal and they wanted me to set up two factor authentication with google before I could withdraw funds and was having trouble getting it to work, kept putting the one time code in that google gave me for nitrogen but would not work and I kept trying and re-logging in And sighing out hoping it would fix the situation and now I’m locked out of my account and it says invalid username or password so I contacted support by email and no response for 13 hours, I went on Reddit and there quite a few people claiming the same situation I got and in some cases a lot worse and with support not getting back to me I’m very concerned any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Let's hope they respond to you soon. I was reading about a guy who had his locked for a security breach, and had some bitcoin withdrawn. He reported that they credited his account with the missing funds. Maybe they are tightening security to avoid these issues. If they have live chat, try that route as email responses can take a while.Comment -
I just got banned from there for asking if they were ever going to give everybody there bitcion cash from there when the fork happen almost 2 years ago.They said they would.when I sent a support ticket it said I was now banned . It was a good book. NOw I think it a scam bookComment -

9 days and no fix, starting to look like a slow pay Camouflage, by a lock out issue, there are serious problems over here at nitrogen sports , this is clearly a slow pay situation, I think this TFA login issue is a diversion of a financial situation over at nitrogen sports, I think they are doing this to enough people to try and buy time to pay out.
Why wouldn’t customer service , support avoid emails and questions? They can’t pay.Comment -

im not sold on Nitro slow paying due to financial issues...if that was case they would go after the big bank roles which are a plenty on there...We do need more transparency on why this is happening....If you need BTC exclusive use Fairlay where they have instant or near instant pay outs 99% of time better odds...I have seen some good amounts matched follow them on twitter they post some big profit players wins..Comment -

After 9 days of being locked out of account I was granted access again after security had me verify about 10 questions relating to my account to prove I was the account holder. Was able to log in and see balance and sports lines and tried to place a wager on Syracuse +10 1/2 and bet it and a few seconds after it flashed on my betting ticket account frozen and I immediately sent a support ticket and 30 minutes later they said my account was good to go again after my 3500 bet on Syracuse was frozen .
I sent another support ticket about this and they have all the proof that ‘‘this bet was Submitted and then again frozen for no reasons and I have a email from support two hours before this game started saying that my account was good to go and my account would not fail again.
After this Nightmare I cashed out my bitcoins and received my bitcoins in my wallet in about an hour so I did get access to my account and my bitcoin but got screwed on my bet.
