    Question About BOL Bonuses
    Hey All,

I had a question for anyone that plays at BOL and has experience with their bonus system. Does anyone know if you have to rollover a bonus even if you bust out on the bonus? For example, lets say I deposit $100 and take a bonus. Let's say that RO amount was $1000. IF I lose ALL of my deposit and my free play balance, and then redeposit, do I have to rollover the $1000 from my first bonus PLUS the Rollover for my second deposit bonus? This is what I have been told, but I don't see how this can be possible. Any help would be appreciated!

Your rollover resets to 0 if you bust out of all cash and free play. BOL has a convenient rollover calculator so you can see the RO you have left. If the calculator fails to reset after you bust (happens often), contact them and they will 0 it out for you.

Thanks for the input HedgeHog. I spoke to them via live chat last night, and they told me that I have to rollover for my last three deposits in order to cash out. IDK, if I spoke to someone who didn't have a clue about anything or if they're trying to make it impossible for me to cash out!

They will most likely make you complete that rollover if you didnt have them reset it prior to your last deposit.

Do you have outstanding bets there? If so, it would explain why they are unwilling to reset your rollover.

anything under like $5 is supposed to be ok for a bonus at most books. I always try to get it to zero anyways because of sportsbooks trying to pull this bullshit. try again and speak to manager over there- good luck, man

BOL is a scam when it comes to rollovers. Industry standard is your rollover resets when balance hits zero but not these guys. Sure, they’ll reset it and make you feel like they’re doing you a favor but no one thinks they HAVE to ask to get it set to 0. Biggest scam by them, I personally avoid them. If you don’t ask for reset you have to clear previous deposits with new deposits. It’s absurd.

No. No outstanding bets. The RO are from the last three bonuses I took. The first being around the Super Bowl. I was informed that I need to clear the 3 rollovers that are open in order to request a payout.

Their customer services reps are mostly brutal and wildly inconsistent. Try again and hopefully you'll get someone else. Generally speaking they will reset the rollover without any issue if your balance is zero, as Hedger stated.

Edit: I just re-read your initial post. The time to have the rollover cleared is BEFORE you redeposit. If you already redeposited then it may not be possible. Always have rollover cleared before redepositing.

I personally think it should be reset automatically. The ONLY reason they don't reset it automatically is for this reason. For people not to notice so they can make them clear ungodly bonus amounts. I made a $100 deposit and I have to clear $5677 to get a payout simply because I didn't know I had to call to have my rollover amount zeroed out. BS

Furthermore, I have read the rules section, and nowhere in the rules does it state that a player must call to have their rollover amount "zeroed" out. If it doesn't say that in the rules, how is one supposed to know that you have to have the balance zeroed out before depositing again? I have accounts in at least 5 other books, and none of them do you have to zero out a free play rollover balance.

they normally reset it without asking upon redeposit. If you check it after depositing, just call them and explain... they usually help. The RO rule that is the most difficult there is the 30 day no Withdrawal time frame. You aren't just up against the RO, you also have 30 days to wait. So if you have the bankroll to allow it to sit there for 30 days, it is no issue. I find BOL to be a top notch book the last 6-8 years. Not sure why people knock it. Before that they were slowpaying, but these days they are one of the best.

if they refuse the bonus because you have some small amouint in there, the customer service reps will apply it manually. If they don't you can request that your deposit be sent back to you... then they will almost certainly apply the bonus. i've fought that 3 times successfully... all it took was a polite phone call and a request
