    Justbet, tricky conditions
So I just made a parlay bet on a free play showing a potential win of 11700 Euro in the lobby. Immediately after the bet has been logged in, the value to win went down to 4400 Euro. So I ask customer support, that tells me that the bet could not be taken back and that free play winnings were capped at 5000 $. Obviously this is somewhere in the t&cs but I feel this is still sketchy behavior for a top rated bookie that should have allowed me to take this bet back.
Now I have a pretty big rollover to match and a parlay that has been crippled.

Shoot in a sportsbook complaint form with your account details and we may be able to ask a manager to review that decision for you.

This is pretty standard situation. FP bets come with some special TCs. If a bookie has a max. FP winning amount in their TCs then there is not much to complain. Nothing scummy here, be happy to get a FP in first place.

Yeah I know it's the rule. And pretty well known too.

He has a reasonable reason to at least ask for a goodwill cancel though.

yeah, obviously I should have looked in before, but I thought with an A rated book I should not need to worry too much.
The bet is on soccer on the weekend, so no quick line moves or anything. Would be great to get a reasonable solution.
              Thanks for the support!

Customer service staff will just follow the rules. No cancellations allowed. They get asked so often they are unlikely even allowed to query it any further for you.

Best way to deal with these is send an email and ask if it can be escalated to a manager. And when asking make it clear you now understand the rule but are asking for a one off goodwill cancel as you feel caught out by the rule.

And I would do that yourself right now as well.

If he went straight to support and asked after the bet was struck that should not matter.

Honestly, I think the chances are low too, but if has asks nicely and strikes the right person dealing with it he might get it.

Not saying they should, just that it is worth asking on this one.

It's worth asking, and I wish good outcome to OP. However, if u make a mistake you don't call A rated bookie a "sketchy behaviour". Better to say mea culpa and try to solve the situation with a kind approach.

I don't know man, I think times have changed a little bit. It is a top reputation book, I got a bonus offer via mail not stating any conditions besides the rollover, not even that bonus would be freeplay at all. So I would have to go to the site explicitly having to look through all "house rules". And 5000 is not much if you give out 1500$ vip-bonuses. I got in touch with my vip manager, maybe she can do something for me here.

Justbet has decided to cancel the bet and allow me to replay the freeplay which is obviously a good solution, thx @justbet and my vip manager Emma.
Also thanks for the advice, @Optional. Now I don't have to ponder my mistake and can enjoy betting.

Good luck with the replay... I hope your original bet does not win now.
