If by nothing but problems you are talking about when they only used Checks and it was 2015 than maybe I can understand but they have paid without problem since Bitcoin. I've easily received $150k+ from them the last 2 years. They take 5-7 business days to pay but they do.

Very interesting. I'm curious to know why they still have a has SBR rating. I still get emails from them. Are their bonuses cash or freeplay?

My last btc payout for $2,500 with them took nearly two weeks. They just keep getting slower and slower but they do always pay. They'd be a top book if they would just pay faster. Bonuses are cash and the best part about it is you can wd a pro rated amount without fulfilling the rollover. I don't think there's any other book who does that. But I've slowed my play there because of the slow payouts and they cut my limits

They have decent lines I’ve noticed sometimes. Some college bball favs are better odds than at Heritage.

Used to be 100% poker. But I don't play poker much there because they restricted me to 2 tables. I was a HUGE loser there 2 years ago and probably lost $50k there on sports and some casino. Luckily I've almost recovered the whole amount last year and with a good start to 2019.

I follow their payouts here and also on a popular poker forum and it definitely seems like I've been getting priority on payouts compared to most. I've seen some people say 12-13 days on some payouts where the player is strictly a poker player. It's best to request on a Monday or Tuesday I've found because they usually get you paid the following Monday that way. Many people have also had their max payout cut to $2500 where I have $5000.

I do worry some because others have negative/bad reports on the payouts but I've been fortunate there and their live lines are usually behind everyone else so there is some real edge to be had there. They allow some big limits too. At least until you get limited which people have also reported.

For the average guy I'd say no doubt stick with Bookmaker, Heritage and those guys but I do like Sportsbook.ag as a secondary option.

I won $500 on the superbowl (squares) and requested the $ the following day (Monday). I received it in my bitcoin account today (Friday).
While I did lose my bonus money, but I expected as much. But they did pay quickly, which is the most important thing to consider if you're doing business with a betting website.

5 days payout is an improvement for them BUT it's below the industry standard for BTC. They will remain at C rating as they will never payback thousands of dollars to players years back.
