Mine is a bonus revoked issue. I got a first deposit bonus of #40,000 fulfilled their ridiculous terms and conditions of the bonus and got it credited to my main account but problem started when I tried withdrawing it, they triggered the KYC protocol which I submitted documents as required. Then I received a message that the bonus has been revoked and the company has the right to do that if customers activities are found "abusive" which is at their discretion. This is just broad daylight robbery. For God's sake it took me almost 2weeks to meet their bonus T&C, I won finally and they revoked it. Why lure customers with bonuses if they aren't willing to pay it. That's why they made an impossible Bonus T&C, You fulfill it by chance they revoke the bonus at their discretion. Please it hurts me and I need my legitimate money back.

That's disheartening man. I didn't know they can be this ruthless. I can't believe a company still advertising on the biggest sporting platforms around Europe can be out smarting customers and still be in business. Their T&C reads that they can stop collaboration with any customer at their own discretion without any reason given to you, which means they can close your account under the guise of security checks, place an allegation on you if they choose to and confiscate your balance or if you are lucky allow you to withdraw your deposits or parts of it. I've never heard a Chinese person refer to the local currency as CNY before, or even Yuan, and I've talked about it with many Chinese people in a bunch of different countries.
Usually only Westerners call it that. Chinese call it RMB. Even colloquially in shops day to day.
