Can't log in from Colombia?

I'm in Bogota for work right now and the websites of the major books won't open. I get an error message that says the sites refused to connect. Has anybody else had this problem? Is there a way to bypass it without getting into trouble?

Columbia has no legal ban on online gambling or internet blocking.

So I'd guess you have something wrong on your device maybe?
