Is a USA citizen able to do this abroad? If not, what would be the easiest/best course of action for a US citizen to have access abroad to the world online gaming markets. Are there any countries maybe where these rules are the most lax?

The problem that arises is when you enter your address. If they do a KYC check and want you to verify your address, you will not be able to. Thus, you'll likely only be refunded your deposit and thus allowing the book to freeroll you. If you move overseas then yes but a week holiday trip to europe, no.

You can use a bitcoin book like nitrogen, betcoin, or fairlay and they’ll never ask you for a thing. Or at least Nitrogen won’t, and I don’t see the others doing so.

It depends on what sort of v1sa you are in the other country on.

If it's a longer term student or work v1sa, you may be fine. But not on a tourist v1sa.

Safest way is to ask the book directly when you are in that country. They can only say no and you lose nothing.

You would certainly want a paper utility bill or bank statement in your name with the foreign address to pass any verification request.

He was asking if he becomes a woman if he can still play with offshore books. Books that you are already signed up at will not let you change your gender. If he is in the process of becoming a woman he needs to wait for the surgery to be complete and then he can sign up for a new account as a woman. However any book that he is signed up for as a man he will need to remain on file as a man. And also note that if their is a question about the customers gender the book may require nude selfies of yourself to verify. A lot of books are starting to do this now. I hope this answers your question

If you are just on vacation call ahead and tell them you will be over seas and normally it is ok. If you are living overseas then they generally won't allow it. But if you are living overseas your options open up. Try Bet365.
