Getting NON-bonus money out of BetUS is miserable

After getting limited (wager limits) at Bovada, I moved over to BetUS. Getting money out of there is TOUGH.

Bitcoin - $3K request made on 1/5 - NOT received as of 1/18
wire - $3K request made on 1/16 - Received on 1/22

$3K MAX for Bitcoin or wire - excessive fees ($45 for wire, $60 for $3K BTC)
2 outstanding payout requests at a time

The best is the agent on the phone saying they were working on a Bitcoin solution and waiting to hear from Bitcoin. Umm, yeah, Bitcoin doesn't have customer service.

I didn't take advantage of any bonuses to avoid potentially making this situation any worse.

putting them on blast with your only post at sbr (while mentioning you're sharp enough to be limited elsewhere) probably isn't gonna get you anywhere

betus will use any excuse in the book not to pay, they are total thieves

if they keep slow paying, file a sportsbook complaint form here and maybe sbr can help

Ever since they got rid of their gift card payout place has been garbage. Even though gift card was outdated it was their fastest payout. A week for a bitcoin payout is ridiculous in 2019

ha those are clasic...last year I was playing poker and a guy was watching baseball game said he had action uses betus sounded all proud..I asked if he ever cashed out he said no LOL...refereed him to SBR

I tried making a BetUS account last year and they said they wouldn't let me in without someone referring me there. How pathetic is that? Like they are some exclusive reputable book. Joke. I guess I got lucky they didn't let me in

that's funny, i was at a bar a few years ago and somebody was talking like that about sportsbook.com, he had no idea there were decent sportsbooks to play at instead

UPDATE: Wire received this morning

The $3K wire was paid this morning... of course, there was the $45 fee from BetUS and another $25 fee from my bank, but I'll take it!
