bet11 problem

Hello to all,

I have been using from months bet11 but didn't requested withdrawal till now.
After i have seen that i can't place anymore bets, wanted to request withdrawal and they requested documents from me.
Last week friday sent to them the documents and at 7.1 they gave me answer that they will pay my funds to skrill till today, 11.1 (4500EUR) and they will close my account after.
I was waiting for the funds all the day and after i didn't got the funds, i asked them and they told me once again that they are waiting for information etc.

I will fill complaint now.

Fun fact: Some betting shops in Germany that have been a franchise of Digibet before (which went bankrupt) have the Bet11 software at their terminals now. Word on the street was that Bet11 is the successor of Digibet, maybe even operated by the same people. Digibet has been robbed by a "fake" CEO named Alexander Zucker. He misappropriated funds and ran away.

No use sending in a complaint about a payment promised on 11th January on that same day.

If they have told you you will be paid it's very likely it will happen.

You could inform us. Its not only about OP,when you guys get what you wantwd,you just dont finish thread. Why would anybody care about your problem,if you just go away after is solved...
