At first i use the **********/**** debit card to deposit. Unfortunately my debit card is not a bank card its only an ewallet in our country but i can use it to buy somethinf online. Now they want me to withdraw using that method but its imposibble because it can only pay online and cant receive money or deposits. The CSR suggest that i use bitcoin as alternative method so i deposit again using bitcoin several times, now that i have winnings they say that the bitcoin withdrawal has reach it limits and suggest to use my card to withdraw, as i said earlier that card is not receiving any money or deposits and still no response from them. I feel that they just want my winnings hostage in their site as they dont give me response on my problem. I hope you great guys can help me.

We can certainly reach out to them for you and ask a manger to review the situation, but honestly, they seem to be using all sorts of strange ways to pay people lately and I think the problem is genuine. I doubt anything much can be done to hurry them up in finding a way but if you submit a sportsbook complaint form with your account information we can try..Comment -
