Stakers.com Withdrawal Problem

Thank you for your time first of all. I played on stakers.com and wagered a bonus. I sent all the documents wanted from me and for 3 days my account hasnt been verified. After that i connected to stakers.com 's live support and they told me that i used more than 1 IP adresses and my account can't be verified because it means i used multiple accounts.
In my country, which is Turkey, stakers.com website is banned by government and i had to use VPN for access the website. Because of that my IP adress changed more than one. I never opened another account and never used my information or documents for another account. It was just VPN. And they told me before that VPN is not the problem i just need to wait 24 hours for verification.
I tried to contact the website every possible way for days but nobody even answered my calls, e-mails or anything. They only send their rules on the Live Support which says you cant use multiple accounts but never listened my explanation i never used multiple accounts it was VPN just for entering to the website.
My 380€ balance is inside the website and i cant withdraw because my account is not verified. I dont even know maybe somebody used the same VPN and entered the stakers or maybe there is not such a thing and the website is making up this for using it as a cover for not to pay me. But at the end i never used multiple accounts. The 2 IP adresses in 2 hours are from USA,UKRAINE. As you can easily understand it is just a VPN i am not a time traveller
Maybe they can stop ignoring me after this post. I can send all the proofs and documents from private message if somebody asks.
