i had no problems ,i just logged onto the live chat,told the advisor that i had no passport or hadnt received any pvc and she did it all for me right away no problems.She only asked for my user name and 4 digit security number,i was able to make withdrawals just 30 mins after opening my account.All it takes is a bit of common sense

i closed my verified account to change currency and they open a new one for me with same info and still sent that stupid letter...no bonus involved, at least i got it quickly, so i can make withdrawals.

I've had all kinds of problems trying to get a withdrawal, and they jerk you around. Of course, you don't realize how much they jerk you around until you try and withdraw money. Read other boards about this company.

I had to prove my identity and my address years ago when I opened the account but since then I have made more than 50 withdrawals with absolutely no problems. Any British bookmaker is serious enough to have your money safe with them because of the laws there. They are strictly regulated, and bet365 is one of the best European bookmakers when it comes to recreational betting, and probably the best in-play betting one. You can get limited if they suspect you are sharp or doing arbitrage, but they will always send you your money as long as you are not a suspect of fraud. Their odds are not great either but still, they are very serious and reliable imo.

Bet365 has a thing called kyc which stands for know your customer they just send you a letter with a code which you input into the members area of the website so they know it's you

I was thinking of using Bet365 to go pro at sbr but this thread gives me pause. I have no problem scanning id etc and sending it but I'm not interested in receiving any mail from them or any gambling site. Sometimes it's best, if you don't live alone, for others to see letters from betting shops in the mail. How discreet are the envelopes?
