Anyone get impactd by this?

I see 10% bonus option available on csshier page but it doesn't get credited when i make a deposit. Customer Service says no more bonuses for customers who reach gold level status.

You may be able to ask them to take you off that level and swap the reduced juice for bonuses.

I'm not sure if they do that or not but can't hurt to ask.
