BetDSI won't honor my payout request for 2 weeks now

I played with Betdsi and won $250 on a free play they offered that had a limit. They told me to request the payout and I did.

All of a sudden they asked me for ID and billing info of a family member that I used on the account for ** deposit. I did it.

They canceled my payout request. I made a new request.

They told me I need to send my information the same way and they don't want my family members info.

They canceled my payout again. I made a new one.

I sent them the information. They told me they need better pictures.

They canceled my payout request. I made a new request.

I sent better pictures of both ID and bill. They told me that the ID I sent wasn't good because it had a small cut.

They cancled my payout request again. I made a new request.

I sent a new photo with a new ID and my Bill again. They told me I need to send a selfie with my ID

I sent them a selfie with my ID. They told me because I sent in the other ID first, I need to send in a selfie with the first ID I submitted with the small cut.

They cancled my payout request. I made a new request.

I sent in the selfie with the old ID and they told me I was verified now, but my phone has a VPN (it doesnt) and I need to send a request from a PC.

They cancled my payout request again. I made a new request.

I sent a payout request from a PC, they said the PC was on Wi-Fi. I need to send a request from a PC not on Wi-Fi.

They cancled my payout request again. I made a new request.

I requested the payout on a PC that I made sure wasn't on Wi-Fi, and spoke to the agent in live chat we told me that I should be approved in the morning.

They canceled my payout request again.

This morning they asked me where I was located. I told them where I was and they know I've been there for weeks now, but all of a sudden it is not the same city as your address on the ID.

They canceled my payout request again.

If I make a new payout request they said I must wait until monday or Tuesday for approval now. No explanation, excuse after excuse to cancle a simple $250 payout.

What should I do?

Say what you will about 5dimes, but I've never had this problem there.

That sounds like quite an ordeal.

But really, you are kind of lucky they didn't just refuse you point blank to start with for using someone elses card to deposit.


I'd probably just wait until Mon/Tue and see what happens again.

If another decline maybe send in an SBR complaint form and see if we can get any further for you.

No use stressing about it today as their general admin and security people won't be working over the weekend most probably.

Money is money.

They are doing way too much for a simple $250 payout request. They seem to want me to say "screw it" and just forget about it. I won't because I've already won it, so it is mine.

My family member was used for ** deposit, not credit card. They asked for the ID because they were an ** name and their name is connected to my account. (The money transfer companies seem to be censored here, it was a moneytrasfer transaction with my family members name as the sender)

But then they said they don't need it

I'm annoyed by the run around.

The family member ID they asked for was related to ** (money transfer) deposit, because I used their name. At first they said they wanted it, then they said "no" we want your ID.

I'd be okay waiting if not for the run around. They said yesterday that I'd be getting it this morning, only for them to give me yet another excuse why they can't do it and cancle my request again.

They then said "oh this new request will be approved on Monday or Tuesday". Too many lies over a small and simple payout like this.

I can complain about 5dimes, but I've never had to deal with nonsense like this from them. Betdsi has payed me out before in the past and never had this issue years before

Lots of scammers out there opening up several accounts for a free 25 no deposit bonus. I suspect that is what you did.

I didn't accuse him of being a scammer, so let me rephrase. I meant he was probably referring to a free 25 no deposit bonus he got when I said "I suspect that is what you did." Not that I suspected he is a scammer. He may be. I have no idea.

The reason I said that, is there are people open dozens of accounts in order to get the free no deposit bonus over and over. Sometime hundreds of accounts. Then when they want to cashout, they understandably have issues. Books offer the no deposit bonuses to new players with the hopes of attaining a real money customer. They also reward loyal customers and to entice inactive ones. Believe me, I know.
