Halkbet.com locked my account and stole my deposit for no reason

No i do it 23 november, the day of black friday. They send me a sms with the offer...5000 euros freebet for a 5000euros deposit, I also asked in chat terms and conditions of the offer. Some days before i withdrew 200 euros without any problem and i thought they are right...

Credo che siamo tutti bellamente fregati. Non sono siti controllati (come l'AAMS in Italia) e quindi la vedo davvero dura perseguirli.

I think we are all ******. It's not a national controlled site (like AAMS in Italy) and so it's very hard taking legal action against these thieves.

the only thing we can do, so it seems, is keep warning each other the moment something like this happens on other sites..and definitly NOT gamble on those 'new' unknown sites until they run for a longer period of time...

Unfortunately there really isn't much you can do at this point other than what you suggested... don't jump aboard new sportsbooks until they have an established history and always be wary of bonuses that seem too good to be true. If their site is now dead and they're not replying to anyone for a couple of weeks now they're gone sadly.

The warning is to AVOID ALL CURACAO based bookmakers, because of the weak licensing process and customer protection!!
Don't be fooled by their unreal 1000-5000 euro bonuses. ALL THIEVES!!

Everybody can do that. You do not even need more than one person.

Buy a fake ID in the darknet, register a letter box office in Curacao, apply for a sub-license at one of the master-license holders in Curacao (CEG, Gaming Curacao, Antillephone NV, CIL NV), buy a white label all-in-one solution from a software supplier that does not care about compliance (like BetConstruct) and here we go: you officially run a fully licensed online gambling company. All together it won't cost you more than 30 to 40k I'd guess. Attract gullible customers by offering high bonuses. Collect money for say half a year. If you think you collected enough, stop paying out and pull the plug. Then repeat the whole procedure. Curacaon authorities won't take any measures. They never did. It's not even sure if master-license holders are authorised to issue sub-licences which means >99% of the Curacao gambling market could be illegal anyway.

However that's exactly what happens since BetConstruct entered the market. Maybe it's BC itself which runs some of these scam books. Or they deliberately work together with criminals. It's just too many cases.

I listed and warned of some BC books with Turkish background (Halkbet included BTW). 10 of the 19 books listed went offline. It's not even a year since. In my opinion the originator of that scam is BetConstruct itself. But of course they will always say 'we are only the software supplier, we are not liable for the business of our partners'. As long as the Armenian authorities don't start any investigations against this company the scam will go on.
Of course it's not only BetConstruct that has 'problematic' partners but the numbers of scammers under the BC umbrella are significant compared to reliable developers like Kambi, SBTech or EveryMatrix.

well , i had the same situation with halkbet two months ago and having now with dobrobet. I made complaints to sbr and to gaming curacao but didnt get any answer so i sent emails expecting explanations and still no respond. Halkbet is finished story.Money has gone(ode lova)
