US markets (especially esports) usually have few options and even lower limits so I'm pretty much stuck with a broker. I'm looking to create a bitcoin account with AC88 for betting on pinnacle mostly. How worried should I be regarding KYC verification? How lenient are they after "catching" US customers? Will they allow withdrawals before cutting you off? What is the best way to go about this without getting caught? I appreciate any help I can get on this matter.

#2If you try to trick them you will not gain any advantage but will give them a reason to penalize you.
You just need to signup as a bitcoin only customer and you will not be asked for address information. And do it from your real IP address.
If asked for KYC documents, give them real ones. Do not lie. They will not hold funds over your location alone. They are very tough on people they think try to cheat them in any way though. So forget any ideas of tricking them.
You need to use a VPN to access their bookmaker sites like Pinbet88 though. If you connect to that site from a banned jurisdiction your account will be shut down..Comment -

#3How do you sign up for a Bitcoin only account? The only option to register that I can find requires the selection with the U.S. not being listed as one of the options.Comment -

#6So basically be honest and don't give them reasons to ban? I already made an account while logged into a canadian VPN. Should I make a new account under my actual IP? It sounds like AC88 is willing to overlook honest US gamblers which is a great thing.Originally posted by OptionalIf you try to trick them you will not gain any advantage but will give them a reason to penalize you.

#7That has been the experience so far. Bear in mind if you ask customer service there to confirm what I have told you they will not. It's a don't ask, don't tell situation.Originally posted by xune

So be aware you are taking a risk that may change at some point. And they are not SBR rated. And not regulated. It's been fine for a year or so that way and several forum members have had to go through KYC and not been penalized but be aware it's not a normal situation and structure your risk level with that in mind.
I would not make a new account. But I would make a point of using your real IP on their website, so if any issue comes up later you will have a normal ISP connection to your local area, matching any ID info if ever required, which will make them less suspicious..Comment -

#10The problem is that we don't know the other side.
Maybe it's true that a book or even a broker gets attacked by hundreds of scammers/money launderers every day or week. If I was the boss of a book maybe I would do the same and ask for every possible document whenever I have a suspicion. Unfortunately it will affect honest customers as well from time to time. That's the bad side about it.Comment -
