    Betdsi - problem with withdrawals
    Hello, I have a problem with the withdrawals from betdsi.
    Betdsi does not accept withdrawals using vpn.Deposits, betting - everything is going normally, but the withdrawals is a problem.They write me slogans "without vpn etc".
    Translations on live chat, betdsi.eu website does not work for me without vpn does not help, they do not reply to emails ...Anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?Maybe some personalized vpn? Any browser?(google translate)

      If access to bookie is blocked from your provider and not from the bookie itself, you can change to google DNS servers and most propably you wil be able to log in.

        their backup site https://www.betluckys.ag/ used to have different location restrictions - I don't know if that's the case for you, but maybe there's a chance you can access that one without VPN and request a withdrawal on there

                      If you still have the SBR emails from last time, reply to the last one and ask the dispute agent to reach out again. (or submit a new form if you don't have them)

                      Surely an email asking for a manager to review the problem from last time should be enough though. Are you trying live chat or email?

                        Ok, I wrote through the form (before) and now I also answered the last email.I wrote to Betdsi on payment that I had the same problem once, but I got the answer as always

                        "Please be advised that your payout got declined due to the following reason:

                        I advised that you appear to be attempting to access our deposit/withdrawal system with an indirect internet connection or abnormal browser that is blocking or changing your device IP address, your WIFI provider is either on a VPN or PROXI ( Ip is different than the address on file )
                        This prevents us from determining the location of the device that is sending the request. We require a direct connection such as a direct off-air network connection from a phone or direct WIFI from your home.

                        As part of the security protocol we need confirmation the transaction request was submit from your regular location ( address on profile ) in order to continue verification and process your Withdraw ."

                          Have you considered making the withdraw request from your phone as they suggest?

                            Unfortunately, Betdsi blocks all Polish IPs.They previously unlocked my IP and normally everything worked until the change of IP.If they now unlock my IP as before, then everything will be ok. I believe in the magical power of SBR
