Does PINNACLE pay to Bitcoin on WEEKENDS?

No weekend bitcoin payouts.

Pinnacle uses a European processor that only pays out on weekdays, so Pinny may deduct the withdrawal amt from your available balance on the weekend but the bitcoin won't be sent until Monday morning (in Europe).

I usually receive my bitcoin payouts from Pinny around 9AM eastern time.

But you can bet that Pinnacle accepts Bitcoin on the weekend. So much for the 'European processor' excuse.

No. Payments are not processed on the weekends, as Icon pointed out.

Long time pinnacle customer here. I been waiting 3 days for my bitcoin withdraw. Pinnacle telling me its was processed and not in there hands. And that there is a delay with the Bitpay network..

First and last time I uses bitcoin with them. Instadebit way faster with them. Never experienced this anywhere else. Now have to wait to monday and hope to receive it..

Your payment is weird.

It is unusual for any delay there even with bitcoin.

I don't really understand why they are telling you it's a delay with BitPay when the tx is not showing on the blockchain but you can be certain they are not intentionally lying about it. They will really think they have processed it if they keep saying that.

I can't remember if you have sent in an SBR complaint form yet or not?

Still nothing as of now. I did submit a complaint a few days ago as well. Hope this gets resolved soon

UPDATE:

Received funds this morning (requested on Thurs).

Unusually slow for Pinnacle but hopefully their processor issues are resolved going forward.
