hello, i register aat BetJoe.com and i made my first deposit 500 dollars and i recieve their 100% first deposit bonus, finally when i complete the rollover of their bonus i won 9900 dollars ,they ask me to sent them my KYC documents ,and they verify my account, and since i request my payout , they stop answer at my emails i already waiting one week, and since then no answer. they dont answer to my emails (live chat all day is offline ) and my payout is still pending at my account , can anyone help me? what can i do with them ?
