waiting for a withdrawal for more than 3 weeks, no email replies for 2 weeks, chat is just repeating the #1 stock answer from third-party CS provided by BetConstruct "Please wait for a reply to your email , you will get an answer as soon as possible."

Today they closed my account and confiscated all winnings. No explanation, nothing. They returned the deposit though.

Stay away from ALL sportsbooks that use BetConstruct software, especially those with Brazilian/South American background. It tried 3 different BC books with South American background and all of them scammed me:

- Futebol Facil, Brazil: confiscated all winnings plus deposit
- Betlinee, Colombia: confiscated parts of winnings
- Suprabets, Brazil: confiscated all winnings

Seems like the licensor is fine with confiscating all winnings retroactively when the player was value betting

Being flagged by Betconstruct as a risk player is a breach of terms?

Betconstruct should ban you totally if they dont want your business.

Taking your money and then using that as an excuse not to pay is not right.
