    Account on Hold on Bet2u - Monitoring for 20 Businnes days
    Dears;

    I open my account because of neteller, Neteller used to promot this Sportsbooks but now I dont see it anymore in neteller Showcase.

    I m a verified user with Skype in Bet2u (I make the call with Idnow via Skype to verify my accoutn). I make some bets on the World Cup, I won, I lost and I make some withdrawals at that time (Every was OK).

    Around a month ago I Receive an email from bet2u offering me the friday bonus of %100 up to $150 and I make a deposit, they give me the bonus and I start making some bets, I fullfill the Roll Over requirement for the bonus according with the odds and Timeframe stated in their T&C and I try to Withdraw around USD800 when the money was all mine! but the reject my withdrawal for monitoring purposes up to 20 Business days.

    Now its 16 businees days and I m still waiting the contact from their security Deparment if they need something from me.

    No reason at all for this monitoring, I make bets (No bots) on La Liga, Serie A, Premier League, UEFA matches, Europa League matches, live bets on tennis so everything its correct with my bets and info but my account its still on hold for more than 20 days now (16 business days).

    I already fill the complaint form of Sportsbookreview and contact Curacao egaming licensing but I dont have any answer yet. I took all the screenshots from my History bets in case something unusual happens.

    I will let you know how it ends in a couple of days (They informed me that the monitoring its up to 20 working days Max).

          Guys;

          Today they ask me to make a new Skype Verification, so I talk to them with my passport and everything was OK, they send me a message to my mobile to verify that I m the account holder!!! So I m waiting for their security Department to release my account which its On hold for almost a month! (they put my account on hold on 03/10).

          I will let you know when this finally finish!. Be aware of bet2u!

              Monitoring ended but...

              Today I receive this email:

              The monitoring that had been placed on your account has ended. Your account has been restored. However, as per directions of our security department, only bank transfer (wire transfer) withdrawal requests from your account can be processed.

              I ask them why this direction? I want to withdraw to the same Skrill account I deposited, Can they force me to do this kind of Withdrawal?, I can make the withdrawal to my bank account but there its comissions that I prefer to avoid.

              I will contact the gamilincenses to check, any other ideas?.

                Say thanks a lot to them. They can atleast pay out your money. No problem any verification and metod of withdrawal. A lot of betcostructors books like halkbet and marsbet who just close your account and confiscate all balance just for value bets when you start to win.

                  This is not uncommon and they can do it. Payout methods are not guaranteed.

                  The reason they usually ask is if there is some question about you being the real owner of the Skrill account. Websites sell them with basic ID.

                  It sounds to me like they do not trust you but have found no evidence to support that and this is a final way to test you.


                  Bottom line, the bad news is that you'll probably have to give a bank account to get paid now. Arguing with them or the regulator will only confirm in their mind that they were right. And the regulator will only tell you they can do this anyway.

                    I entered my first withdrawal Request to my Bank Account and Ive been informed that the money should arrive in 5 business days so I m waiting for my money arrive in my Bank Account around this days.

                    I read in other thread that Skrill withdrawals are permited again?, maybe if I Bet2u confirm everything with me (Skype, mobile and bank account on my name) they let me do withdrawals to my Skrill/neteller account again (I hope so!).

                    I will let you know how it goes!.

                      Bookmakers will usually allow Skrill use again after one bank withdrawal. (if this was requested for a security reason)

                        No change on Withdrawals

                        Dears;

                        Today I receive my first bank Withdrawal from Bet2u after some delays because of the bank account number format but the money its in my bank Account! to bet2u!. They dont found anything not to pay me! they Try!

                        I ask them to allow me to withdraw via my Skrill account (From where I deposited first) but they refuse (via live chat) allowing me to withdraw to Skrill and I understand its Final so Today I enter my second withdrawal to my bank account.

                        Do you know if I can do something or I should just withdraw my money to my bank account?

                        Resume: If you dont have everything correct (Skype chat, passport, mobile, bank account) dont open an account in bet2u because if they found something wrong with your details or personal information you are toasted!. They wont take your money if you are who you are and have everything Correct from your side! BE AWARE!

                          after 2 skrill withdrawals i got this 'monitoring' thing, no more payouts for this unknown period of time.
                          Seems their 'verified' users are good only when losing, winning requires 'monitoring'!
                          Just AVOID them, wish I read this thread before opening an account with bet2u.

                            Delays Delays!!!

                            As I told you before, bet2u pay me via Wire transfer in 1 week in my first Withdrawal, because they only let me withdraw to my bank accout I enter my second withdrawal Request on 21/11 and I m still Waiting, I contact them several times via email and live chat asking why the delay and there is no specific answer, just delayed!!!.

                            I ask them to let me withdraw to my Skrill/neteller account again and they refuse now and informed me via email "Should withdrawals via Skrill be enabled for your account in the future, we will send you an email notification".

                            They verify me via Skype with my passport, sms to mobile, questions about my bets (amout, what type of bets, etc), the make a transfer to my bank account on my name and regret to allow me to withdraw to my Skrill/Neteller again? (I alerady make some withdrawals in the World Cup). Its unbeliable how they treat me as a verified user.

                            Can you help me guys of SportsbookReview?? What Can i do?.

                              Finally!

                              Guys;

                              Finally I receive my second bank withdrawal after several emails and live chats.

                              I start sending emails to Curacao gaminglicenses and sportsbookreview asking for help and I dont know if that was useful but the next day I sent those emails my withdrawal was "Paid" Maybe it was a coincidence! The good news is I got my money in my bank!.

                              I m asking bet2u to let me withdraw to my Skrill/Neteller account again because now I can only withdraw via bank transfer. If this direction was to "verify me" I dont understand why they keep forcing me to withdraw via bank transfer. They only let you withdraw USD500 per transaction so you will need to make more than 1 transaction if you have more money held in your account.

                                  Same problem here, after cleared 2000usd rollover i have 929usd in my balance.
                                  they asked my first for National ID + bill.
                                  After that selfie + Id.
                                  After that they cancelled my withdrawal and block neteller method for me.

                                  I had to contact them because they never sent me any email with situation, e-mail saiys:

                                  This scammers have this term:
                                  23.10 Bet2u.com reserves the right to block user's account for monitoring up to 20 working days in order to clarify possible issues of client's verifications and client's bets.

                                  As customer, i saw bet2u on neteller showcase and never afraid nothing like this...

                                      I keep messing around with this bookie

                                      Dears;

                                      Yesterday I select the friday bonus but when I deposit USD100 the bonus of USD100 was not credited automatically so I contact them via live chat and someone grant me the bonus manually to my account so I had 200 in the bonus Wallet. I made a bet of 200 to Getafe and I won 190 because I bet when the odds were 1.95.

                                      Today I check my account but there were no money in my account so I contact them via live chat and they informed me that another departmen was going to check the error.

                                      After several hours waiting I contact them again via live chat and informed me that I had 2 Friday bonus, one selected in my account and another added manually so they cant credit me my money and wants to give me USD195 real money or another bonus of USD200 with a free bet of USD20???? OH my GOD!!!!.

                                      I ask for my USD390 and they will contact again their deparment to check what to do!!!.

                                      I just let you know the actual situation, When I got an answer from them I will post it here.

                                      I bet 200 to Getafe and I won 190 and because of an error in the bonus section they want to give me just 195 real money or another bonus!!!! UNBELIABLE!.

                                      I have the screenshot of my winning bet to show anyone, just in case!

                                          This bookie in initial good to me when I lost 1000$ but after that total I deposited 3950$ in didn’t won much just 200$ plus but I decided to withdrawal back my money to skrill around 2250 but it got rejected, I shocked and scared of my money meanwhile I got email to verification required through Skype I did it accurately but after that next day I got email my account got restored but I can withdrawal money through only bank which is max 500$ Its totally frustirsring situation for me
                                          Since

                                          I’m fully verfied
                                          1 - Passport verfied
                                          2 - bank statement verified
                                          3- Skrill on my name
                                          4- showed live video of my face and passport

                                          Still they were finding something to make error but no reason explained and said I can withdrawal by bank which totally loss and time wasting for me I kindly request to SBR team to support and help me to get my money back through skrill otherwise it will be too long and loss for me -
