Hi guysit's been several days since I can no longer access the site from pc and I always see the same thing page not found the site took too long to respond.I can only enter via smartphone.I'm Italian and I wanted to understand if you've ever had problems with this site

Not sure if this is same issue but I had same situation with Bookmaker last month. After 7 years just couldn't access their site one morning on my pc or with home Wi-Fi connection on phone. Could only access on phone using cellular data. That narrowed it down to my home internet service. Sure enough, it was my internet service provider system that put an auto block on it for my own security they told me is what happened. That suggests there is a block in place somewhere related to your fixed internet connection.
Now you just need to find out where.
Do as the guys suggested above 1) Email support@gtbets.eu and ask. If they say no issue from the GTBets end, do what Bandito suggested and call your ISP and ask them if the site is blocked.
It very likely is blocked by one of them. If it is not at GTbets end you can connect through a VPN to them and continue betting.
You can submit an SBR sportsbook complaint form if you cant sort it out and we can ask a manager in there to look at the account for you..Comment
