Heritage won't let me use btc payouts despite me gambling 16k in their casino

I wasn't aware of their arcane rule that you need to deposit a certain number of times to get btc payouts and now theyre forcing me to use services that charge a ton for a simple withdraw. I'm a long time customer but that might change because I gamble way too much in casino to be treated in this fashion. I understand the rule but without warning you just tell me nothing could be done for a loyal customer. I'm a bitcoin expert and know for a fact you could allow to get payouts. Heritage Insider can hopefully help. Heritage doesn't even offer phone support or a Twitter support

it's in the rules so you really have nothing to complain about. Will making a small btc deposit, gambling a bit and then making a btc payout for your full balance work?

In addition to being in the rules like Jake mentioned, we understand you've been advised several times about this prior to your thread. It's a fairly standard rule to offset the cost associated with non-BTC methods and is what keeps bitcoin transactions free.

Another issue is ********** risk. If you deposit with cc and take a payout by btc, they are immedaitely at risk. If you limit btc to btc players, you minimize risks.
