DSI has reached a new low

Dsi is charging me a 10% fee on a bitcoin withdrawal , and I was wondering why they had such a bad rating.

Why are they charging you that much?

I would think everyone would be complaining if it was standard.

Did you deposit with bitcoin? I think there is a fee if you didn't, but want to withdraw through bitcoin. I've received a few bitcoin withdrawals since they went independent and never been charged a fee.

unfortunately it's in their rules- you have to deposit strictly with bitcoin for there to be no fee. The 10% is obviously too steep though.

They are hitting me with tat 10% fee because I sent a ** deposit.
