I think they all do. Some have low limits or won't give you a bonus though. I had to go bit because W U was a pain and denied some transactions

Some still do accept PAL but they payout via PAL as well so i dont know if it suits what you are looking for. Since BTC is completely anonymous and doesn't require any docs to be sent or other crap.
