    Orbit withdraw
    Yesterday i make a full withdraw to my account with asianconnect 8k
    Ac send me an email he wants know why i make a full withdraw and now he said that my account is under investigation by her Orbitx upline and that her upline is reviewing my betting activitie
    have you ever had this situation?

      it may be because when i make a deposit in my account I make my capital grow for 3 weeks and I withdraw all my bankroll
      it may be something they are not used to seeing..
      everything I always use neteller

        Could be suspicious in terms of money laundering or attempt to fulfill turnover requirements at Neteller to benefit from a higher VIP level or something like that. I'm sure it's just a standard procedure.

            I had one issue "under investigation" on 9wickets through AC88 while back but it was resolved took about a week. SBR Optional did help and made contact with AC88 management too which I believe helped expedite fix. Could be they just want to make sure all settlements are correct as ORBITX is fast grading esp Horses and if there is change dew to an inquiry esp in USA horses they have to regrade at times...

                Give them time to check whatever they are checking. If they do not treat you fairly we can reach out to AC88 management for you.

                  Its ok last night i was send an email to ac88 and he telling me
                  Its done and i ask then why :

                  "In regards for why we need to forward your request to our Upline is to check your Turnover before we can process it."

                      An AC88 manager noticed this thread and emailed SBR to say this account had already been approved and paid at 6pm GMT 3rd Sep when he checked.
