Anyone having issues with the betonline live chat feature? Been trying for the last 2 days to chat with them and every time I click the chat option nothing happens. Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

If using the Chrome browser. click the three dots top right side and select "Desktop Site".

You'll be able to see the chat link then.
