a reasonable sportsbook is great. whatever the disagreement was it's nice that they listened 1 and did what satisfied you in the end. Bookmaker would never listen to anything, the managers there suck. congrads to the op and heritage.

I just had two issues with bookmaker and both times they ruled in my favor so I disagree with that

Personally, I rate books primarily by how fairly they think when problems come up.

Heritage A+ in that regard as well as most other areas too.

Betonline has had all sorts of technical issues but for me they are still A+ due to showing they think fairly over and again too.

So important with offshores.

Bodog in-play the time will be wrong by 30 minutes and if you don't realize it and realize it after you bet they won't do anything about it

Heritage is the only book I use but go to Vegas often will be in Vegas for week 1 nfl betting
I previously used bodog/bovada back in the day when I played poker online before Black Friday. I did some research and ended up picking heritage. Have had no issues with heritage would recommend to everyone based on my own personal experience.
