generally they only let customers who are lifetime down to them spin the wheel. Nice perk though.

There appears to be a problem with the WHEEL. I landed on $125, got $15. I called BetPOP and they said they are having issues with the promotion, and they will get back to me later today.

just noticed this happened to me too. won 3 free spins it wouldnt let me spin again but noticed $15 FP.

apparently they recognized their mistake and removed the $5 FP award,not sure how they will resolve problem.

seems like most offshore books have gone downhill and are taking away a lot of perks. I'm not a fan of this new wheel, they got rid of the loyalty program as well as the scratchers and the code on the back of the magazine. The ONLY reason I still use youwager/betpop is because of the cashing out your winnings rule. If they did not have that, I'd never play there.

I got a free spin on the wheel, and then it didn't give me the free spin so I got nothing, essentially. Also I think there were a few slots on the wheel that were "win nothing" ...

Seems like these guys bait and switched me a little here, got me to deposit and turns out this wheel isn't really very good

Just checked up on this, nothing fixed yet. I may have been the 1st to spin at seconds after midnight......won 3 free spins, $15 added to my free play account. No extra spins taken. Chatted with customer service, talked with a supervisor. They said we'd be notified when corrected, but I have little faith as they are terrible with communication back to account holders.

I had a similar response but it was very painful process using the chat feature....really a waste of time.One staffer said to clear my cookies and try again so I did so with no resolution.i await their "decision" re resolution of issue.They are losing their credibility at least with me who is a supporter of them.

Well they took away the OOBG $50 magazine bonus, the individual bet bonus points and the scratch off mailer........watch, they'll cancel the spins and give everyone $50. Place has really gone downhill the last 2 years, I already regret making a deposit here.
