Took mine too. Said I was non recreational. I was up about 10k on them in 3 months. Nothing special. Bonus money balances out the juice to level the playing field. Not gonna play without it..

It seems like these books are just limiting or banning people that are winners.

Can't do anything about it, because they make all the rules. When legal gambling comes to the states, then we won't have to deal with this stuff anymore.

Also consider this....other books might limit you or take your action away completely if you go on a run with them. Bookmaker will never do that, they'll only take away your points and bonuses....to me this is nothing considering the alternative

If you are good enough I guarantee these "state books" will limit your action. Dont think just because there are books in the US that suddenly its going to be the best. Theres already multiple reports out there saying how some good players cant even bet in Jersey because the books wont let them

I'm sure they will limit winners. But I'm not going to have to worry about being "limited" because I have practically stopped gambling and turned all my money over to the stock market. And I kick ass at it.

3 weeks ago they took the 25% bonus and then left only the bonus in the loyalty program, i.e. how Diamond is 20% after 2 weeks. Yustbet took everything and after 1 week Bookmakers eu took all the bonuses and loyalty program. SBR should change on its website News on Bonuses and l Bookers eu Yustbet and BetCris loyalty program. SBR is the best site for players !!!

My account had 7160eur money and when i logged in now, i just saw there is 0eur left .
Checked last transactions and couldn't find anything.

Our apologies, however; we use a security system in common with other companies. It seems that in the past you had an issue with a deposit or a payout in one of those companies, so for that reason and in order to guarantee the safety of our company the only methods available for you to deposit will be **, **, bitcoins, and cryptocurrencies. For this same reason we had to refund the deposits made with the card since we can't accept them.

I don't know which companies they work together but my deposits were maden on 22th May, so than there wasn't a problem but after my balance exceeted to 7160EUR , there began to have problems.
And during this time, of course i had ups and downs and after i saw today, that my balance has been at 0eur, i was a little bit shocked.
The customer support just doesn't have an idea, what they are doing there, so i hope, really SBR can sort it out for me as this is a little bit robbish.
Deposit to these jokers is 1380EUR and the total amount right now is 7160EUR , so 5800EUR has been confiscated by this A bookmaker.eu .
Waiting to hear back from you.

This is the exact wording the books use when they have word from one of their friendly books that you executed a ******** of one of your deposits. They aren't gong to come right out and say it, so they just reference "deposit issues" and "management decision". Either you intentionally or unwittingly did a charge back of one of your deposits at another book or this is a case of mistaken identity, and some other Mr. Winner9 did so.

Have you directly asked if they REFUSE to pay your winnings?

It seems really really strange for them to take winnings over a black listed deposit method and no other direct wrong doing on the account.

They do not try to trick people.

I think they will do what they promise and you are safe to deposit the refunded amount back another way.

Or just wait for the refund to arrive first so you are not having to risk extra money if you are concerned.

Even don't know how they will proceed the refund as i used Net+ card (Neteller prepaid) .
Doubt , they can send the money to this card as it's usually plastic card without some kind information.
Will be interesting case for sure

Maybe wait and see how that part works out first then? If you aren't in a big hurry to get hold of the winnings.

Doubt that if it will continue 15-20 days, they will forget what they said dear .
It's why at Monday will make the deposit to them via BTC i guess or tomorrow .

send them lithocars the fastest way to get after 5-10 minutes play a few small bets and pay off everything with leccoins. I have always paid for them once they had technical problems. Lastly, something bad happens to them but I do not know what changes are going toward betdsi? or just any strange changes

BetDSI is not connected to Bookmaker any more.

They are a different bookmaker totally.

I don't know from where to begin , but i feel myself as joked from these guys.

Well, today i received my first refund from the deposit to my Net+ card and i had to verify that I received the money from them.
Made screenshot from my neteller account, sent them and in 2 mins they replied that last 4 digits are missing of the card in this statement.
Checked the screenshot and everything has been shown there.
Uploaded for 2nd time, 1 hour went and they replied with: ,,Invalid request" .
Uploaded for 3rd time and in the no-reply mail has been stated already that if they don't reply in 60 mins, I have to contact their live support. 2 hours went, wrote to their ,,customer support" and the guy this time noted, I have to wait 72 HOURS .

I was shocked and after i asked to contact me to supervisor, who should be there at 14:00 CET after i spoke with them today, he told me that i will receive a message again in 72 HOURS.

And in 1 minute, i received reply with them with the note: Problems .

This is seriously worst bookmaker which I have ever seen.

And i am sure, they will not pay the winnings which they stated earlier .

UPDATE:

After we had arround 30 mins with one of the supervisors by bookmaker, we already verified the first refund which has been done this morning.
Because i had 2 deposits to them, i have to wait for the 2nd refund, than if i deposit this deposit amount through BTC , i will get my winnings back to my account.

Will inform you after everything is solved or if i need more information.

Just to update the situation.

I got the first refund to my debit card at Saturday, but still didn't get the 2nd one.
Yesterday deposited via BTC and they added manually the winnings to my account.
Only i can't request payout for the money for now as still i didn't verified both refunds.
Still a little bit scared that i will not get the 2nd refund because if the firstone came at Saturday, why i didn't received the 2nd one ?
They told that they used different processors for these payments but i can't explain how a delay for refund can continue for now 4 days and it seems it will continue still more .

Just to update my situation.

After i received the first refund on 25th August, 2nd refund still didn't came.
And i am not able to receive my winnings for now.
Began to worry about this 2nd refund and their supervisor told me that they used different processors etc. but to have delay from 10 days for 2 refunds which were processed on the same day, smells fishy at least for me .
