Intertops does this about a half-dozen times a year. They'll do it again in October for the start of NBA, sometime in December for the NFL playoffs, January for the Super Bowl, again for March Madness, and usually once more in the summer for big soccer tourneys.

Their rules are pretty generous with these, and you can claim this bonus as many times a year as they offer it. There are no restrictions that you can't have pending wagers, or your account needs to be below a certain level, or anything like that. It's a decent offer and the rollover is reasonable.
